Hi @Ticketmaster @TMFanSupport ! My account got the "unusual activity" error and my account is permanently restricted? I called the support number and I have to make a new account? There is a presale coming up and I need this same account to be able to buy tickets... what now?

@jobrosacervo @TMFanSupport @Ticketmaster this is so horrible omg they’ve been giving me the hardest time … i had to make a new account and I had existing tickets too

Our admin @TMFanSupport @Ticketmaster account has been restricted and she already has a ticket for one of the shows there! How can you do this for real fans? What kind of “past pattern activities” can justify this? All she did through ticketmaster was buy tickets for previous shows she WENT to! This is insane wtf someone please help us
