In our new paper, just released in Science, the mystery of complex I mechanism is finally resolved! Seeing all the water molecules in 2.3-2.5 Å resolution #cryoEM maps was essential. 23 different structures of 1MDa protein were refined and analysed. DOI: 10.1126/science.abc4209
