@bphillipsonMP Support staff shouldn’t be waiting up to 9 months for a pay rise. That wouldn’t happen to teachers. Will you agree the NJC pay award and have it ready for 1 April, then ensure staff receive it no later than June? First test for the Department for Education.

Created new monthly monitoring reports to the Board members. Prepare Year End audit file for the charity after earning over £1m. Set up investment funding on Insignis and wrote a new reserves policy. Updated the financial procedures and scheme of delegation.
