@Anthropologie isn’t it illegal to keep a customers money after making a return? And reputational harm for customers to not trust a refund receipt? Unacceptable customer service and poor management.

@Anthropologie very dissatisfied/disappointed with your customer service. I made an in-store return over 10 days ago and still haven’t received my refund. Told by customer service they can’t help me. Baffling. Store hasn’t figured out how to refund. Crazy.
