The Penguins announced today that the shipment carrying the Jagr bobbleheads for tonight’s game has been stolen en route to Pittsburgh. As a result, the bobbleheads will not be distributed at tonight’s game, but will be distributed at a later date.

I wonder if non-journalists know that when journalists between the ages of 30-45 announce they've quit their job "to start an exciting new opportunity" in communications, the subtext 80% of the time is they wanted real stability and/or the pay to comfortably raise a family
Rolling Fork, MS, was hit by a major tornado tonight. The editor of the local paper is OK and on the job. She’s a one-woman show. If people like her weren’t covering the news in small, rural communities, who would? Support them.
