Last week, we experienced the best pizza festival in history. Thank you to @stoolpresidente and Medium Rare for putting on this amazing event, we’re honored to have been the official pepper flakes of @OneBiteFest . And thank you to all the hard working pizza owners out there who worked a 12hr (at least) day to serve up some of the best pizzas on the planet 🌶️🍕🤌

@Nafleky You should try the Asian Reds flavor in ramen, so good! A little hotter than the Hatch Green flavor but mixes really well with a Shoyu broth

@CatTBowen @ThatKevinSmith Oh yeah. We use the Hot Edition of Hatch Valley Green within Homemade hummus all the time. We've even been using the Hatch Green to make a compound butter and covering a pita or Naan with the spicy butter. So good!

@Paiyslee @HoltonSharp Heat is great, but heat without flavor is just silly. Chile peppers have such a wide variety of flavors profiles, mixing them together in different proportions allows some varieties to compliment each other very nicely without blowing away your taste buds with heat. Cheers!

I enjoy watching cooking shows. Gives me new ideas. But adding 6 chili flakes isn't going to add any worthwhile "kick" to any dish...and yes, I will die on this hill.

@thaoworra @burnunit @pizzahut We definitely love spicy things, but we also want to focus on the flavor of chile peppers as well. The hotter varieties in particular have such a great citrus and smoky flavor, too good not to share. Hope you enjoy the chile peppers, let us know if you need anything at all!

I stretched my homemade chili garlic confit oil into two jars and made one into a chili crisp using @flatironpepper’s dark and spicy and it is soooo good and Smokey omg
