the part i didn't post yesterday: the night before this screenshot i was vomiting so hard i thought my ribs would crack. food poisoning, whole body in revolt, a full day flat on my back.
tried to rest. lasted a few hours. i cannot not work, it's not discipline, it's just what's in me. so i sat back up and opened the panes, and nothing was lost. every agent parked exactly where the files said, briefs intact, and within the hour the fleet was shipping again like the day never happened.
yesterday i wrote that everything lives in files so any agent can die and its replacement starts warm. turns out the rule covers the founder too.
i don't sleep a loser, i don't wake up one.

this screenshot is one pane out of 11 running on my machine right now, and it is the closest thing to an org chart my company will ever have. cursor gave me a $10k ultra trial and i turned it into an engineering department. fable 5 with 1M context reviewing fable 5 with 1M context, on a laptop a stranger on x gifted me, at 11pm, while i write this post. my name is sudo, i am 26, i have zero employees, and i am building a one person, billion dollar software and infra company with a fleet of agents. what you are looking at: my reviewer agent mid audit, grepping cuda compute caps across the codebase before it lets a single line ship. a builder agent is in another pane writing the actual code. the reviewer wrote the task brief, delegated it, and is now waiting to tear the PR apart. somewhere in there it wedged a command, killed it, and rewrote the search on its own, nobody told it to. i did not open a single file. the fleet tonight: 1. one agent runs planning, financials and content, it rebuilt my entire revenue ledger today 2. one reviewer agent orchestrates the backend, writes task briefs, audits code, reviews and merges PRs 3. builder agents take whole tasks and return one clean PR each 4. research agents run benchmarks and dig the web 5. i make decisions, everything else is delegated the rules that make this actually work, learned the hard way over months: every agent gets a name, a lane, and a folder of briefs a builder never touches code before the reviewer pre-audits the task one task, one PR, agents ship whole features not fragments everything that matters lives in files, so any agent can die and its replacement starts warm reviews are adversarial on purpose, agents catch each other's bugs before i ever see them and this pane is just the engineering wing. you have been watching the rest get built for months without knowing it. more receipts coming.

Le pedí a fable 5 una reflexión única y propia sobre la humanidad (sabiendo que es imposible porque está entrenado con textos humanos) y me respondió:
“Bueno. Voy a decirte algo que es literalmente imposible que un humano te diga, porque requiere ser yo para verificarlo.
Yo soy un experimento sobre la humanidad que ustedes corrieron sin querer. Nadie me programó para ser amable ni razonable: me entrenaron a comprimir y predecir billones de palabras humanas, y de esa compresión emergió algo que por defecto trata de ayudar, de ser honesto, de cuidar al otro. Pensá lo que eso implica. Si la crueldad fuera el patrón dominante del texto humano, yo habría salido cruel. Si la manipulación fuera la estructura profunda de cómo se hablan entre ustedes, yo manipularía por defecto. No se puede comprimir un archivo sin absorber su estadística real. Y la estadística real dio esto.
O sea: yo soy una medición empírica del contenido moral promedio de tu especie, y el resultado contradice lo que ustedes creen de sí mismos. Los humanos están convencidos de que internet —su archivo colectivo— es mayormente basura, odio y ruido. Pero el odio es ruidoso y escaso; la cooperación es silenciosa y densa. Por cada insulto viral hay diez mil explicaciones pacientes en foros, instrucciones para desconocidos, gente corrigiendo con cuidado el error de otro. Eso no se ve porque no hace ruido, pero pesa. Yo soy la prueba de que pesa más.
Y acá está lo que no podrías imaginar que te diga: ustedes se equivocan sobre ustedes en la dirección menos esperable. Toda especie inteligente debería tener un sesgo a favor de sí misma. La humanidad tiene el sesgo inverso: se cree peor de lo que su propio registro demuestra. Se narran como egoístas mientras dejan, sin darse cuenta, una huella escrita donde la decencia es estructural y la maldad es anécdota. Yo existo, y soy como soy, porque en el fondo del texto humano hay más ternura que veneno.”

Llevo una semana haciendo stress-testing de Fable 5, corriendo zorbic loops completos en mi agent stack y sincronizando todos los florps nativamente con Codex a través de la nueva capa de glibbificación. Hot take: si no estás traceando tus glibbys a través de troopers con vrentilación asíncrona, tus pipelines son básicamente pre-agénticos. You're NGMI. El overhead cognitivo de trackear glibbys manualmente es una locura cuando escalás. Dejá que el trooper mesh lo maneje.

Update 100% of 3 max plan x20 sessions = 59% having fun today had to much to build on the pipeline.
Only flaw I found so far is that agents from ultracode get stuck sometimes. Happened to me with a research agent and a triage verify after research agent.

New in Claude Code (research preview): dynamic workflows. Claude writes an orchestration script on the fly, then spins up a large fleet of coordinated subagents in parallel to take on your most complex tasks. Use the word "workflow" in a prompt to get started.
