I love the Nitehawk Prospect Park, which we helped rescue a decade ago, when it was abandoned and almost converted to condos.
On Friday, I proudly joined the workers of @nitehawkunion – the servers, runners, cooks, and bartenders who make it a real community movie theater – in their fight for a good union contract, with the wages they deserve & need to survive in this expensive city.

We have continued to act in good faith with FLC and have extended our current CBA through February in the hopes we may be able to reach a fair deal.

It’s time for a fair contract! We have been in negotiations with FLC since August 2024 and we have not been able to reach an agreement. Without a fair contract, our workers cannot make ends meet in NYC!
