@PeterMilobar Dear Peter, Thank you for being so well informed about this local issue. Unfortunately, Minister Josie Osborne doesn’t seem to understand the actual failings of the systems in place. I’d suggest she visits Kamloops and IH and sits down with our physicians for 1 on 1 talks.

130 OB-GYN’s from across B.C. have written a letter in support of the 7 Dr’s in Kamloops. They also confirm that the govt has been warned for years and that the Ministers “solutions” to this crisis are not workable. Sadly today the Minister continues to ignore their ideas to improve Patient care and safety and instead clings to options that will not solve the problem.

@lesleychestrman Precision is key - that’s why we have test kitchens that test with all kinds of proportions. I started using a tiny digital scale that does 0.01gr years ago. It really does make a difference, in combination with a very good rubber spatula to scrape every gram out of the bowl.
