Absolute shamozzle at Edinburgh Airport this morning with @britishairways- ridiculously long check in lines (zero organisation), late boarding (no explanation), then a 25 minute wait on a bus to take us to the actual plane (again no explanation). Nae good service.

Hi @British_Airways - is there a problem with your website? When resetting the password I continually get a message saying 'Passwords need to be at least eight characters in length and use a mix of letters (English A-Z) and numbers'. I am doing this but it will not reset.
