Any new phone contracts sold, do include a brand new device, unless you've clearly opted for a refurbished handset deal somewhere -Mark

@ThreeUKSupport your aftercare it absolutely disgusting and what makes it worse it's impossible to speak with a UK advisor... guessing it's because the aftercare service is do so so bad... Now I know why it takes so long to speak to anyone it's because you just don't care
@ThreeUKSupport Hiya customer aftercare team at 3 just like to make you aware that sending a mobile phone out as new when it's not is truly unfair and what makes it worse the audio on the phone is not working like it should ... Then to refuse to replace the handset

@virginmedia Leave and any thing that is owed will not be paid this has gone on since I moved back from new Zealand nearly 12 years ago . I have been a fool for putting up with this for all these years now it ends

Has had a rubbish year. But keeps going, working 12hr days as a hospital porter, seeing countless really ill people daily. He hasnt had a day off in 14 weeks & is now taking on hours from the 18 ppl of his team who are ill
