Last week @AmpersandBrewCo brought up freshly pressed Pinot Noir Precoce skins from @FlintVineyard. The aroma was incredible! After transferring 300kg of skins into tank, we came up with a blend to bring out the best in these deliciously aromatic grape skins. 🍇

Anyone who pre-ordered a case of our 2022 Pinot & Chardonnay are receiving them this week. Cheers @James_Saye, enjoy 🍷🍷

So good to be working with @AmpersandBrewCo and @balancebrew on a barrel aged beer project using our Précoce skins… can’t wait.

Yesterday we were at the @cambridge_wine merchant trade show at the stunning Westminster College. We represented England together with Lucy from @newhallwines Essex and Andy from @flintvineyard Norfolk. We had a great day meeting people and chatting all things English wine.

Highly recommend arriving @FlintVineyard in a ‘55 vintage Austin Healey 100/4. Great times this weekend chatting with @dnkrbywine & tasting Flint’s top notch Norfolk wines, particularly their delish ‘It’s not Prosecco’ Charmat. Sunday was then all about getting the funk on.🍕🎶
