@ernestdove I do I say no cause thats the type of trade that makes them a champion type org and an actual threat every year. Not because Luke is great. But more because of the type of person is and the culture he will bring and create. You trade luke to a team I don’t mind winning.

If Phillies would like to have Luke Weaver lets go ahead and get the offer going of parting with one of their top 3 prospects and sign me up I guess. Throw in a lottery ticket in the deal from their rookie ball level. Who says no?

🚨FRANCISCO LINDOR THEORY🚨 So I have a theory why Francisco Lindor has been struggling defensively. So in march if you remember it was mets vs pirates last game of the series lindor got sent home and got tagged out and the catcher hit him in the face and he hit his head hard on the ground. (ill play the video in the bottom I believe he has a concussion because as a far as i know he hasn’t had a concussion test and ever since that has happened he keeps making fielding errors that he never does (simple errors, forgetting how many outs they’re in the first inning) A good comparison is anthony rizzo back in may 2023 he had a collison with tatis and hes been known as a great defender but after that he wasnt good defensively and they did a concussion test on him in september he had post concussion syndrome So I believe lindor might have a concussion so thats why he is making these simple fielding errors but let me know what you think if its a reach or not

@PredictitD @EwingForMVP The biggest problem is that even though they were in first place but a large margin half way thru the season They literally gave up on that promising young hitter 1/3 way thru the season. HOW DO U DO THAT WHEN ARE IN 1st place by a wide margin lol l

Alvy should be an extension candidate, especially while his value is still as low as it is. Power hitting catchers are such a weapon. Floor as a backup catcher who's a threat at the plate, with upside to be a perennial all-star.
