Provider tricking is not recommended.
Because the girl is going to feel duped and vindictive if she finds out.
The stats “Went from maybe 3 likes a week to 150+ matches in under a month” are proof that the gap between what he was getting and what he got is because of the provider-trick compensation mechanism.

Wenninger has flown completely under my radar. He's not a super sexy prospect or anything, despite the shiny 1.08 ERA. He was very cromulent in AA in 2025.
His xwOBA ranks 98th in AAA among pitchers with >75 PA. The K/BB is fine.
