There is no high activity on Ethereum but since the big update on 5th of November the outages make it unusable. 199$ is insane. I can only recommend everybody to go to a competitor. It feels like Ethercan wants to make money out of the honeypot now 🤮

@randyjunkbot @ethereanbull @flo_chainreport @base @etherscan Hey all, the free tier API on basescan is throttled only when there’s high activity on the blockchain, in other times it’s fine. This helps us manage infra on an explorer that is provided for free to the community.

@ChamaTheShank Same issue here. Looks like etherscan is introducing regular downtimes to all free plans. The next plan is 199$ per month 🤮
