@FantasyCruncher I've been charged again this morning and the last 2 weeks I've sent emails even @ you in a post NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!! Wonder how many else this has been happening too

I’m sorry to every one of our customers who have supported us from the start and have seen the best and worst over the years and stuck with us throughout. FC will return, I do not have an eta just yet, but I believe we are making progress and hopeful it will be in the next week or so. I will detail as much as I can once we are back online. I’m sorry for my actions over the years to make FC a target with my arrogance and lack of respect for others. To those who maybe feeling schadenfreude I understand, I still love you guys, and I’m sorry to you as well. No charges should be processed now or at anytime we have been offline, and if they for some reason were, we will make it right. I love and appreciate every one of you sincerely and from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ I believe it’s the hard times that make us grow as humans. I will be a better person. FC will be a better company. 💙
