🚨BREAKING: A manager at a local diner asked ICE agents for a warrant before they searched a private areas of the business… and their response… slamming him to the ground, and putting a knee in his back, leaving him injured.
Because apparently exercising your constitutional rights is now being treated like obstruction.
According to witnesses, ICE agents were chasing someone who ran into the restaurant after a traffic stop. The manager reportedly told them they could not just storm through the kitchen without judicial authorization.
Because the Fourth Amendment is still a thing… even though ICE agents keep pretending it isn’t.
Law enforcement cannot just search private areas of a business because they feel like it. A kitchen, in a restaurant, is not a public space.
When agents do not have consent, exigent circumstances, or a valid warrant signed by a judge… then managers have every right to question that search.
That is literally how constitutional protections work.
And the fact that the manager was injured, after asserting those rights, should outrage everyone.
Rights either apply to everyone… or they are not rights at all.

ICE detain wife of disabled U.S. Marine veteran—mother of Purple Heart Marine.
She has been a legal permanent resident for 55 years.
"They’re trying to kill me, I’m telling you—ask anybody in here!" she cries.
Husband is "100% disabled" since Gulf War—she's been his caregiver for the past 32 years.
Her son is a decorated U.S. Marine veteran who served two tours in Iraq and was awarded 2 Purple Hearts.
Rosalba "Rose" Chiaromonte is diabetic and not getting the medication she needs—causing her to vomit every day.
"They’re messing with my health," she explains over video call.
ICE claims she was arrested due to criminal charges from over 10 years ago—even though the first Trump administration renewed her green card in 2017.
She is currently locked up 300 miles from her husband and 4 children in Charleston, South Carolina.

Hoffman is the 49-year-old Waco, TX attorney who faced life without parole for repeatedly raping a young boy, until Texas AG Ken Paxton offered him 1 day in jail and no need to register as a sex offender. I can see that fewer and fewer people are reading news from Ukraine. I understand that on a Sunday morning, people don’t want to read about war. They want to sleep a little longer, drink good coffee, and sit in the sun. I understand that. The algorithms on X limit content about war, destruction, and suffering. You have to make an effort to even see this information.
All of this is understandable on a human level. But unfortunately, if you remove Putin and the war from your information feed, they do not disappear from reality.
Putin is a sadist and a maniac. He is a threat to all of humanity.
There needs to be active resistance. News from Ukraine needs to be shared. People need to keep their focus.
Despite a sleepless night, I’m still here. And I’m grateful to everyone who continues to stand with us.
One day, we’ll drink morning coffee together in a beautiful, peaceful Kyiv.

In about one hour, I will be arraigned on 4 felony counts and face up to 30 years in prison for taking this little guy out of a Ridglan cage. But every corrupt and unconstitutional act by the government will simply make our case even stronger. We press forward to defend the right to rescue—and to defend the tens of thousands of other dogs (and billions of other animals) who remain trapped in cruel cages. Most importantly, we defend James. Every time I come home, he jumps in my lap and begs to be picked up. It was the first place he ever felt safe. Rescuing him was not a crime. It was one of the best things I've ever done. I relish the opportunity to defend rescuing James in court.

Never spray dandelions in spring and summer.
They're one of the first major food sources for emerging pollinators.
