This is a great example of how people can be holding themselves back by not trying at all. 90% of the time doing things “outside your comfort zone” will result in direct growth. But you have to be willing to at least try. @eupheewtf

@Paerbaer huge vouch for this , not to self plug but i found a way around the standard marketing strategy that doesnt rly resonate w me , and while im not the best , ive gotten life changing opportunities from it AND i love how my profiles look AND i see messages like This out in the wild

The whole marketing in edm convo is funny Break it down and it’s simple, if you want to be a part of the “industry” then you need to market yourself. If you don’t like marketing, just make music as a hobby and be happy with what it is. Dont expect an industry to change for you

my soundcloud got deleted i posted a caramelldansen flip yesterday, i filtered the intro and uploaded it privately TWICE to make sure i wasn't getting any copyright notifications, and 15 minutes later i can't enter my account anymore and you can't find it anymore if you search it
