I mean, I worked with a few PE firms, and they just create a single team for each product, but how are you handling everything when you have a lot of small products that can never cover the cost of a pro team?

@marclou Great strategy, I also use XML + HTML sitemap with descriptions. In some niches, like API SaaS tools or Dev tools, it can guarantee a good spike in terms of AI citations and AI overviews.

It works! AI labs started indexing, training, and serving my new *.md files ✨ Right after pushing to prod, I asked ChatGPT to check {{startup_markdown_URL}}, and it couldn't because of "cache missed" or "400 timeout fetching". So I added all 8,831 URLs to the sitemap.xml and added the following headers: "Content-Type": "text/plain; charset=utf-8" "Content-Disposition": "inline" I can't tell if this helped, but 24 hours later, ChatGPT was able to fetch them properly 😊 Maybe AI assistants need the page to be indexed first, before being able to crawl it?

Docs are scary to me. Every day, I become more worried about the documents I receive, which range from 3 to 20 PDFs from clients, and collaborators. These files are entirely AI-generated, and sometimes, during calls, I realize they haven't even read the documents they sent.

Reading code is dead. Frontier LLMs don't write bugs anymore. They write cleaner functions than you do. The only bugs left are architectural. Kill those with a 3 minute conversation, not a 2 hour review.

I'm pretty bad at a lot of things but one thing I've (accidentally or not) have been pretty good at is being early at trends A lot of these trends are in my head in some way and I wanted to visualize those on a chart.
