Great point here from @ProFootballTalk. Here is rule's official language, which could explain why the roughing calls on both Cowboys QB Dak Prescott and Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa in second quarter. Seems doubtful that Christian Wilkins or Micah Parsons is fined for hits.

Has any rules analyst ever pointed out during a game that the roughing the passer rule specifically says, "When in doubt, throw the flag"? It's the only rule in the book that says that. And that point never gets made when they are explaining those calls.

Per Jane Slater, Dak was limited in practice today with a "minor" ankle injury to the same ankle that was repaired a year ago. Dak states its not serious and was due to a cleat issue.
Do you believe Dak is ok or being political about the injury?
