Big shout-out to GREY2K board member Fran Chambers and Let Greyhounds Run Free who set to work in 2015, leading to the clever and compassionate work in Parliament by @CassyOConnorMLC, @rosaliewoodruff and @KrisJJohnston, with the strong and determined support of the Dogs' Homes of Tasmania, Animal Liberation Tasmania, @Brightside Farm Sanctuary, the RSPCA Tasmania, and the @save_greyhounds. Go team!

This lovely boy died last night. Driven caged in the afternoon heat from West Lothian to Newcastle where he was kennelled until he raced at 9.30pm then subjected to another 3.15hr journey home. What an absolute disgrace. Sleep well Sam. 💔 @LoveWestLothian @gregorpoynton #BanIt

FLS was honored to sponsor this Wonderful event to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr at Upper Montgomery County Recreation Center in Gaithersburg on Saturday January 18. MoCo students received SSL hours and decorated our Love sign. Soon to be placed at Gaithersburg Youth Center!
