We aim to speed up DNA-PAINT imaging by ~1.5 orders of magnitude. To do so, we introduce self-quenching Imagers end-labeled with two dyes (TDI-DNA-PAINT). In this work, ATTO Oxa14 (MR121) was found to be a suitable fluorophore. We will continue to explore further dyes in future.
