@flyfrenchbee I need help please. I have a RT flight from EWR/ORY tonight at 11:00pm. My MCO/EWR flight on Spirit Airlines was due to depart at 2:17pm and arrive at 5:00pm. But this flight was cancelled and now I will miss my 11:00pm flight. The next flight to ORY isn’t until Monday (arrive Tuesday), which is too late for my conference. I have to cancel everything. I already checked-in online - how can I cancel my flight?

@flyfrenchbee Hello @FrenchBee, I’m reporting an unjustified denied boarding on flight BF760 ORY–YUL (Jan 30, 2026). Cabin baggage was compliant (under 12 kg, not weighed), other passengers with similar bags were allowed to board, and boarding was refused despite agreeing to pay.

Me and a bunch of ppl got screwed over with our flight from @flyfrenchbee trying to head back to NY/EWR because the flight was delayed and it says we didn't check in when all of us did online. No refund, had to book another flight for the next day coming out of pocket 🤦🏾‍♂️
