@lucasaganronald exactly that. not the best example but take the greek or other small or bigger nation riders who travel the world for the WC or the Olympics. They only want to post on IG and usually they abandon the race when it gets to hard for them..a disgrace for sure.

I will be harsh… Today’s cycling is full of riders who just like to travel the world, make good money with it, and absolutely do not care if they win, finish second, or just somewhere in the bunch; at most, they are happy to have good numbers and earn some UCI points. Where is the passion? The winning mentality? The kind of mindset that says: I would rather go all in and lose than never try? Because in the end, isn’t cycling supposed to be about daring to win, not just riding not to lose?
