The confidence in the @FlyingBrussels customer service just went below ZERO. I tried calling their customer service last night... no contact, I just tried again and I got a nearly incomprehensible agent on the phone who was unable to express herself in a clear way #mustdobetter

@FlyingBrussels if you think giving a 20 euro voucher to passengers who missed their connection flight because supposedly the taxi wasn’t on time to pick up the pilots is enough, I think you need to think again.

@FlyingBrussels My bag was damaged on a short flight from CPH to AMS in April 2024. I reported it immediately and was told reimbursement would be processed within 30 days. Nearly a year later, I have received nothing despite multiple follow-ups. 1/2
