I accidentally booked a flight for a day early. I discovered it last night (12 hours after the flight left). @flyjsx refunded me for it without me even asking. Truly the best airline and it isn’t close.

@senortilt @flyjsx @Starlink only downside is the airports (or hangers whatever you call them)can be a confusing sometime to navigate+parking. Almost missed my flights using them at Burbank and Oakland one when flying via them bc of that. Also security is so lax lol that it feels wrong

This is an all timer even for @AmericanAir I show up at airport for 7:05 flight at 6am. I’m alerted that flight has been delayed to 7:45 then 8am then 8:30. I arrive to gate 30 early and they tell me gate is closed. Then they say if I can find a seat I can get on the flight. No I’m sorry. Nothing. Was first class they put me at the back. (I’m fine with economy) but absurdly dismissive and their system did this to multiple passengers. @AmericanAir went from the best airline to the worst. Sad.
