忍了很久還是要表達我的個人立場 (1) 中配六改四就是為了洗人口，絕對不是為了補充醫護人力。 (2) 我死都不要跟中國籍護理師當同事，她們最多只能當看護。 (3) 我死都不要讓中國籍護理師幫我抽血或打針，任何侵入性治療都不行。 (4) 護理師缺人是因為薪水不夠高，如果薪水夠高，再加上三班制，規定標竿護病比為 1:7（1位護理師照護7名病人），我相信有人會願意留下來。 (5) 要不然他們花了好幾年，讀了那麼多書，考到護理師甚至專師、個管師執照，是為了什麼？ 護病比 1:7 剛開始辦不到，可以先從 1:9 開始，慢慢調整至 1:8，最後是 1:7。 停止先打卡下班，再加班的陋習，衛福部可以成立檢舉制度，若檢舉成功，醫院被罰 100 萬，看誰還敢叫護理師先打卡再加班？
