@CardilloSamuel Ever since Covid, people can't think for themselves. They just follow the narrative given to them by the medias and politicians. This is what happens when governments decide to insult and ridicule any contradicting opinions.

i somehow feel that people have lost the ability to be nuanced. you either for or against an entire thing nowaday. the intricacies of the different layers, parameters, ... in certain subjects, especially geopolitics, have been completely forgotten. i find it worrying and i also find myself having to overexplain my position as if i was speaking an alien language i am pro west. does it mean i am fully in favor of united states, israel, ... obviously not. i dislike the way trump handle things, make everything public and has no eloquence whatsoever but i love the way his administration has been proactive in reducing the eastern alliance power, slowly dismantling brics and preparing for whatever comes next with china and russia. i hate netanyahu, his strategy to leverage fear to stay in power and the way west bank is treated but i love israel for being my home as a jew and for its ability to stand against the enemies of the west & i proudly say am israel chai. you see? that's call nuance. and that nuance, this is something you can only have in the west. try to have it in russia, you'll be arrested or poisoned. try to have it in china, you'll be arrested and put in a camp. try to have it north korea, you'll be send to the outskirts of the capital to die or you'll be shot in a firing squad. try to have it in iran, you'll be kidnapped, raped and killed by the irgc. want more examples? in the west, having nuance lead to debate. and i am extremely worried to see people, especially in europe, getting in positions where they would call you "fascist" just because you said you don't like the same bread than them. we have free speech. we have the ability to think for ourselves, to say what we want, to decide who we want to be. so stop deciding to be a retard.

C’est un mensonge éhonté qui est, malheureusement, repris trop souvent par les médias. Hier, un chevronné chroniqueur de La Presse a écrit que l’idée conservatrice de se sortir du marché du carbone «exposerait le Québec à une coûteuse poursuite de son partenaire, la Californie». Je l’ai contacté et lui ai démontré que c’est totalement faux. Les articles 17, 20 et 22 de l’Accord entre le Québec et la Californie prévoient même le retrait d’un état sans aucune pénalité, ni poursuite. Le chroniqueur a eu l’honnêteté et la gentillesse de corriger son texte, comme vous le voyez ci-bas. Il a d’abord remplacé cela par «exposeraient le Québec à une coûteuse poursuite des entreprises participantes». Une autre fausseté ou une vérité tirée par les cheveux. Lorsque l’Ontario s’est retirée du marché du carbone en 2018, des entreprises participantes ont tenté de la poursuivre. Elles ont toutes été déboutées devant les tribunaux. À la suite de mon second message pour souligner le précédent ontarien, le chroniqueur a fait ses devoirs et contacté un avocat spécialisé qui lui a confirmé qu’une entreprise peut poursuivre, mais ses possibilités de victoire sont extrêmement minces. Il a recorrigé son texte et simplement souligné que le «Parti conservateur suggère depuis longtemps de sortir du marché du carbone», ce qui est 100% vrai. Chapeau! Ce ne sont pas tous les représentants des médias qui ont le même sens de l’exactitude. J’invite le chef du Parti Québécois, Paul St-Pierre Plamondon, à faire preuve de la même honnêteté et de s’excuser pour avoir faussement, depuis des mois, induit les Québécois en erreur au sujet du marché du carbone. PSPP se gargarise souvent avec le mot «rigueur» comme si lui seul en a. Alors, Monsieur Plamondon, la balle est aujourd’hui dans votre camp. Avez-vous la rigueur d’avouer votre erreur ou manquez-vous d’humilité?
