So the ref can end the game early ? The laws of the game state he can add more extra time on but can’t take it away No matter the score or circumstances he can’t end it early. He has to restart it and play the minimum added time but he had no choice but to end it due to player safety 😂 If he ended the match then why did the fourth official or linesman tell Martin O’neill that there was still a minute to play ? Then not restart ?
