I got a call from a Bluedart lady now who called me directly without trying the No. of Dr. Aruna or Dr. Robert Mao's landline or the reception number. The idea was to try the number of the recipients & call my number only if they are not available. @fnp_ind @GutgutiaVikaas

@fnp_ind Order #7128799901 was to be delivered on 29 March. I got a call that it's delayed by 1 day. But even today it's not delivered & there's no update as well. What will I do with the order after the event?? Very annoying and frustrating experience. @IGPcom is so much better

@fnp_support @FNP_INDIA 2/4 Spent 14 mins on call with a support agent who refused to connect me to a senior, claiming none were available. When a "senior" finally called back, they lied claiming a delivery was attempted yesterday but the recipient didn't respond. Absolute baseless excuses!
