Creating special situations with good intentions is where problems starts, corrupt builders flourish & the cheated home buyers are left to combat ambiguity!!

@PranabS33329473 The last order of NCLAT in this matter. The IRP’s understanding of the order - only claims are to be collected but not take over the books & inventory of the company. Raheja’s lawyer are again using this to escape in RERA & NCDRC despite their management being in control. 🤷🏽‍♂️
