HOLD THE FRONT PAGE Care package has been signed off by Lambeth Council and I am going home (well a new temporary home) tomorrow 73 days after being told it was doubtful I would leave hospital or survive Can’t believe this is actually happening and tbh the emotion suddenly hit me

@forwardnotback My beloved step-father was diagnosed with HF out of the blue in Nov 24. He never responded to treatment and despite heroic efforts to find out why, he left us last year in March. Cannot tell you how moved and thrilled I am every time you take a step forward.

*Proud Face* With assistance I made this - ok it is a ready meal I’m too ‘wobbly’ and frail atm to use cooker alone but I did help 😀 Pudding was all me - opened a tin and added jam (needed a bit of help with the lid) In a years time I will look back at this and laugh💪
