Losing a baby goat/lamb/calf/etc because the mother doesn't get up to pull the amniotic sack off of it after it's born, while you're in the house doing office work and could have easily been there if you would have known, is the most infuriating/frustrating thing. Grrrrrrr

@joshmcgoo I let them look in my ears or watch me look in their family members ears!!! Or sometimes I’m goofy and go “omg did I see a butterfly in here? Is it in my ear? *lets kid look* Is it in your dads ear? *look in dads ear* Let’s see if it’s in your ear!” It all depends on the vibe

I've found when I had to look in peds patients ears (aged 4+) and said "count to five with me and I'll be done", and then give two pokemon stickers (one for each ear), it goes over pretty well! Any advice on looking in ears of littler kids without traumatizing them?
