Hired a new remote worker today, the interview was super brief last night! Put him through a couple customer support mock emails to test competency failed 10/10 support emails with tons of typos and "package will reach your destiny" etc.. Hired and fired the same day. I'm a compassionate guy and take no pleasure in firing, but certain things have to be done. Speed wins.

15k by 10:50 AM PST. You can spend years grinding away, and then everything switches in just one day. Stay positive, work like a dog — you can never fail until you give up. I’ve paid myself less than everyone who works for me so I could reinvest every dollar back into the company. I’m 27 now and I’ve been at it since 19, but it finally feels like it’s paying off in a huge way. We could clear over 150k profit this month. Feeling really grateful. When things go well, don’t take your foot off the gas. I’m going to work harder than ever. 100k days aren’t that far off. When I get there, I’ll start thinking about selling the brand. New Drake album is hitting with the sales coming in.

@saikurrra Spent thousands on courses? Spend it on ad spend instead and free tutorials online; the majority of the content you need is readily available, and you will learn far more by doing.

Out of all the ecom courses I’ve joined I’ve joined many have spent thousands on every “top” course the space has to offer People actually don’t teach how to make creatives it’s quite funny but I found sticking to the fundamentals is super key Reading breakthrough advertising has been a game changer fs I think after a certain scale, creatives are still moat but other parts are vastly more important But tbh idk shit I’m still learning

$0-$1mil With Ecom - Day 223 Pretty average work day, still dealing with high CPMS and high cpcs, so we're just going to test a new angle/avatar with our natives now. Did more research with new angle and desire, and launched a few native batches. That's really it God bless.
