Thai Beef Salad This is probably my all time favourite dish! The flavours are all so vibrant and work beautifully together. Nice bit of medium rare rump steak and it's even healthy. What's not to like.

Ooof, that looks FANTASTIC. Isn’t it really satisfying to make? We make an extra glaze from 1tbl black treacle, 2tbl maple syrup, warmed up and brushed on 10 mins when it comes out of the oven. Looks da bomb!

BBQ 98:18 Peri Peri Chicken Cooked over a beautiful bed of embers, with some lemon wood on the top. Not sure it fed through to the chicken much, but the smoke had a real citrus hit. Always nice to be cooking outdoors when it is still 20 degrees at 7pm.
