Thai Beef Salad This is probably my all time favourite dish! The flavours are all so vibrant and work beautifully together. Nice bit of medium rare rump steak and it's even healthy. What's not to like.

BBQ 99/18: Smash Burgers Got paid the ultimate compliment by my daughter "This is as good as @fiveguysuk , maybe even better". I'll take that! First go at smash burgers, won't be my last. Seasoned with @angusandoink burger seasoning. Double burger with onions and cheese. 🤤

BBQ 98:18 Peri Peri Chicken Cooked over a beautiful bed of embers, with some lemon wood on the top. Not sure it fed through to the chicken much, but the smoke had a real citrus hit. Always nice to be cooking outdoors when it is still 20 degrees at 7pm.
