I can confirm the FBI has not raided or seized anything from @maricopacounty's election department. As of right now the @jsolomonReports report is either a full throated lie, or something having to do with the recorder's office, which handles voter registration data.

12News has spent the morning tracking down this claim with credible sources. There is no evidence to support this claim of Maricopa County elections records being seized. If Congressman Hamadeh has other information, he should present it to the public.

Signatures to get on the ballot are usually due in April. So if Kelly ran for president and dropped out after the first few primaries (February), as many candidates do (Nikki Haley dropped out in March), he’d still have time to gather signatures for his 2028 re-election bid.

Too many people (and some media outlets) rush to post the first version of a story instead of the right one. The result? Dangerous misinformation — like claims the Kirk shooter was a “leftist.” This is why it’s so important to verify before posting.

Legacy media did such a bad job covering the Kirk shooting. WSJ put out false claims about trans ideology and The Guardian is now walking back their reporting on supposed his high school friend saying he was a leftist. Truly dangerous. Those false narratives stick.
