To prove people will argue about anything, here’s a stick

I don't drink alcohol, nor do I snack before dinner. So I usually make steaks, mashed potatoes and a sautéed veggie like broccoli so they come out all at the same time. I sear my steaks high heat and I like rare. So I only leave it on for a few minutes. Mashed potatoes and broccoli take longer but still only take a few minutes. One of the fastest meals I can cook TBH. With some pre prep work like dry brining the steaks and leaving out to room temp for a half hour, it makes the steaks incredible... especially after a butter baste with herbs to finish.

When I was building spacecraft, one of our engineers would stand behind us while we were laying wire harnesses and read from the Bible. We would sometimes pray before a large operation. The Orion team was just as religious, if not more religious, than we were. We are "the science" and we're glad Astronaut Glover is as faithful as us.
