Disappointed with @MyntraSupport Product was returned & picked up by their delivery agent.First support call:they admitted receiving it but blamed a seal issue(their fault).No followup on it.2nd call: suddenly item not received & no help without proof.Horrible, dishonest support.

My parents are travelling via @airindia on 2nd sept. @airindia changed the flight without notifying & layover reduced to 30 mins. They can’t complete their immigration. We did multiple follow ups with @airindia but not responding. They are not cooperating with @Cleartrip as well.

@Cleartrip But we have flight on 2nd sept . This is an issue and bug from your side . Why should we face such inconvenience? If no resolution is provided here we will sit on ny to delhi flight and then you have to provide new flight to delhi. That will be our action .
