@Twenny1_ That's tough I've been there before. Losing the first funded is a part of the journey imo. A huge lvl up I had was asking myself 1 question before I trade. In which direction will the next 4h candle go? Did it already mitigate on side of the previous candle? That helped me alot

That’s the end off the funded account. Crazy 3 months prior to this I was consistently making 10% a month to not being able to get the bias right at all. A lot to work on this isn’t acceptable if I wanted to do this full time. Overtrading wasn’t the issue

@fr3akyFX Yh Be is sometimes pretty annoying, I woulda probably been stopped out by the eu wick at 8:30 regardless so I ain’t mad about it

Not been a huge fan of the Price action so far this week. Literally been sat on my hands doing nothing 😭

@TraderTaye going BE too quickly just fucks me more than it helps me so I am trying to avoid going BE within the current 4h HTF candle. If it goes against me it goes against me had a bit of luck but EU shorts were paying today. You win some you lose some 🥲

@fr3akyFX I shorted eu at 7:15 but got hit with a BE. Futures are pretty mad tbh but I used to trade them before forex anyway which is a bit strange as people normally move from forex to futures. Gold has been really clean recently. Missed my short yesterday on it🥲

@TraderTaye Took shorts @ 0710 and had a bit of luck with my SL when News came but my entry is quite good so I am comfy 💆‍♂️ futures are scaring me I'd rater check out gold tbh but I don't feel like trying a new market rn

@fr3akyFX Yh I was looking for shorts the entire day but nothing really showed up till after 8:30 news. Caught a 1:5R trade on NQ tho 😁 been experimenting with futures again and it’s looking promising.

@TraderTaye I had the correct 3h range on GBP and watched it the complete day an still got stopped on shorts and then panicked and flipped long and got stopped aswell ;) I am missing a strict routine on to which highs/lows on which timeframe to look at

@fr3akyFX Honestly I found today quite challenging aswell, so many different ranges showing different things across eu, GU and dxy.

@StockCuppa Sounds great! The hardest thing for me was or still is to cut out the noise since due to the different timeframes there is a lot of noise. Identifying the important HTF Raid really is key

Yeah I'm not well aligned compared to Jan Feb for sure 😞 Backtesting a lot, figuring it out. I just see it as a process now. Not thinking of quitting or anything 😌 My issue is tinkering with things, but then again the market conditions can change so I like the idea of staying adaptable. Reading Best Loser Wins at the moment, that's helping I think 🙂

Missed the 0200 longs this morning on GU news, looked for continuation long at 0300 but closed at early. The first entry is a lot more preferable for momentum. I view it that I basically missed the move for that model. Risk is very low because I'm away from home so I'm just getting reps in, really. In a GU short now at breakeven. Will just let it play out. Will try to relax away from the computer for the rest of the day 😖
