This is, by a large margin, one of the most stupid taxes that has ever been declared. If you want growth & well being for citizens, you should *lower* the taxes of the productive individuals to incentivise them!

Brain atrophy with anti-Aβ drugs has been an open secret. @biogen and @EisaiUS spun Lecanemab's results:
NEJM paper: MRI results not published.
Unpublished poster: whole brain volume ⬇️ but "decreased atrophy in hippocampi."

We recommend that prescribing doctors alert patients to the risk of brain atrophy, that brain atrophy be actively monitored in clinical trials (including long-term follow up), and drug companies that have performed these clinical trials more thoroughly report brain volumetrics
