@British_Airways I've never had such a bad experience as the 1 BA has given us. On my way to a wedding, they've delayed twice the planes. Lost 2 connections thx to that and right now on a tarmac under 100°F & have been waiting for over 1hr w/o AC 🙃 Never again travelling on BA
