Have been sitting for hours at The ED with a toddler with a 40.7 fever. He has yet to even be assessed by a nurse. I am shocked and disgusted that this is the state of paediatric healthcare in #SouthAustralia. We can and MUST do better. @SAHealth @marshall_steven @StephenWadeAP
