No one in my hospital workplace was either seriously unwell or died of Covid. This also applies to my circle of family, friends and neighbours, including 2 elderly aunts who had Covid before the vax, but not admitted to hospital for a DNR. The NHS committed Iatrogenic deaths!

I remember sitting with a colleague early in the pandemic when first news of vaccines started to emerge. We agreed that even if they didn't stop transmission but reduced the severity of Covid to something like the flu,that would be a good result. And it's exactly what happened.

He’s joking, right? The NHS is a national embarrassment, a behemoth which behaved appallingly during the pandemic, slamming its doors shut to millions in need of (non-Covid) care and acting as the marketing arm of Big Pharma, unethically pushing a product most never needed. Pouring good money after bad will further fuel our culture of health dependency. However harsh a message to run politically it would be better to starve the NHS of funding and force the British public to start taking responsibility for their own health.

As the general population increasingly wakes up to just how badly duped they were by lockdowns and the Covid response, will they start to realise it is exactly the same authoritarian cabals pushing Net Zero and climate change orthodoxy? The massive harms of lockdowns become clearer by the day, with more and more evidence that they cost lives rather than saved them, and wrecked a generation of children's education and the entire economy too. But the same forces and the same logic are pushing the climate change agenda: destroy people's quality of life and bankrupt the country for the sake of a "massive existential threat to the future of the planet" that is in fact the total invention of ludicrously unreliable mathematical models, whose predictions are so wrong that any self-respecting astrologist would disown them. Very like the Covid ones actually.

Covid infection has become a convenient excuse to those wanting a cause for why we are seeing so many vax injured. The only defence when they know they’re wrong is to call you anti-vax, it helps them to feel justified for their lack of critical thinking.

This is such a sad story. Nevena is lovely. I met her and Andrew and their baby before the pandemic in happier times. What has happened to Andrew Bridgen is terrifying. I hope he can get the help he needs.

@lensiseethrough Unfortunately, a lot like the NHS staff, he was being hero worshipped at the time. Like them all, he enjoyed the adoration and in that lost all sense of duty and reality.

As Chief Scientific Adviser to the UK Government, Patrick Vallance set up the UK’s Vaccine Taskforce. He was uniquely positioned to influence government lockdown and vaccination policy and reporting at the time plus his evidence to the Covid Inquiry suggests he was a key advocate of the Government’s (unethical) Covid passport scheme.
