@Uber You just ruined the way I do business. Now I can't turn off UberX to get back to a surge area before I accept my next ride. The only way to do it is to turn on Deliveres, which I will not do in any capacity because there is no profit in it. Please change this back.

@Uber @Uber even drivers from upstate NJ shouldn't be allowed to work in the Jersey Shore zone because the state is split into two zones. I wish you would listen to your drivers, especially me, because there are so many things you don't understand about working here.

@Uber With the upfront pricing, you've really taken away what we really should be making for rides. I did two rides today that I should have made more money on. I've had both of these rides in the past and can prove that I made significantly more before you started upfront.

@Uber @Uber Stop being so greedy and let us make a liveable wage again. And for God's sake, move the Jersey Shore borderline to Rt. 9 to open up our area. Don't allow NY drivers to work here. And only let drivers who live in the Jersey Shore zone work here...

@Uber @Uber You need to start doing better for us. Give us more money for rides. Give us money for gas like during COVID. Give us more and better Quests this summer. 3 years ago I was doing 50 rides a week for an additional $100+. Now the same Quest is $25?

@Uber @Uber After 10 years of doing this job, I have seen a single raise in my pay and now I'm making 30% less than I was when I first started. It's not fair. I can't make a liveable wage anymore. Gas is $50+ every fill up and groceries and bills are higher than ever.

@Uber @Uber I have a feeling that this upfront pricing was another way for you to cut our pay again without us knowing. As matter of fact, I can almost guarantee it is. I'm traveling farther to make a minimum fare. And you are not helping us with these radar rides.

@Uber @Uber additional $4.50 on my next ride. When I didn't get it, zi contacted support with the proof of a screenshot that I was in a surge zone but the agent didn't understand me and told me that I wasn't in the zone even though I had proof I was.

@Uber @Uber the least you can do is go back to paying us per mile and minute. I don't care if I don't know what I'm going to make before hand, all I care about is that I'm going to make what I should. And to compare, I did a ride from Belmar to Farmingdale today and made $15...

@Uber @Uber Last week I only made 45% of the fares. 45%!!!??? When I first started 10 years ago, I was making 70%-75% of every ride and I was making money per mile and minute. You've taken that away too with this upfront pricing. You are absolutely robbing us.
