@provenanceapp Hey I’m an iOS dev who has been in the same situation before. I manage over 80 client apps and have run into appeal not working either. I would try requesting a call as well, if you haven’t already. You can ask in the App Review section when replying to the rejection. Good luck!

I submitted an official repeal on the grounds of unfair treatment and bias. I already did everything they asked, they've tested the app and now they're saying they can't test it!?
