Colorado's Governor has sole authority to commute Tina Peters sentence, to time served, after a Colorado Court of Appeals ordered a re-evaluation of the original 9 year sentence due to 1st Amendment concerns. This travesty of justice can be rectified if he did so, but will he? The judge who sentenced her should be removed from the bench, disbarred, charged, prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced to prison for 20 years, along with Jena Griswold!
