@Annemarie1Lewis Unfortunately, in the event of a power outage, your VoIP landline will stop working along with your broadband. There isn't a back-up for this, unless you're using your mobile phone to stay connected - although I appreciate that you've mentioned the poor signal. Charlotte

@VodafoneUK regarding the new digital voice, how does it work if you live in a house with no mobile phone service and need your house phone for emergencies? E.e when there are power cuts and there is an emergency and can't use the house phone?

@VodafoneUK So do I have to use the new connection? As this will not work for me. I can't use it knowing in a power cut if I have an emergency I'm stuck
