@IBCA_UK Why are registered deceased estates being overlooked yet again in favour of unregistered people? Surely you see this is wrong on so many levels? When first announced infected and estates were mentioned to run side by side, a year on and still no mention of estates compensation🤯

Today we’ve published our latest compensation figures - these are accurate as of 9 September 2025. We’ve now contacted 3,471 living infected people registered with an existing support scheme to start their claim. By the end of the month, we hope to have opened the compensation service to every living infected person who is registered with a support scheme. Over the next few weeks, the number of new claims will naturally reduce as we finish contacting people in this first group, and as we open the service to some claims from other groups. I just mean your case was similar to Anthony Hamilton for example whose had back/eye sight issues so he could have decided to not play last half of this season and then ask exemption

Otherwise every player dropping off tour could take half a season off with injury to get an extension from WST.

Today we are contacting more people to start their claims, as we now do every Tuesday. Once again this year. Another strong argument for shorter semi finals. It's just ridiculous that the final of the World Championship is heavily weighted in favour of the player who is the least tired. Have the Saturday as a rest day for both and have them both at their best.
