@SNorfolkCouncil Hi Joanna.thanjs for the follow-up.the main problem was the dropped bag which I had to clear up. Complete lack of understanding the customer. can you let me know where there is a policy state the preference you have mentioned please. Thanks

@frazergreen *Continued - Our approach therefore (unlike the vast majority of councils who accept no side waste at all) is to accept two bags of additional side waste on an occasional basis. Kind Regards Joanna.

@SNorfolkCouncil thanks for the rubbish collection in Diss this morning not taking the bags and even drop the bag left on the top of the bin on the floor to go everywhere.

@frazergreen Hi Frazer, I can advise that our side waste policy is to take 2 sacks placed next to the bin on collection day on occasions. They unfortunately will not be able to take 4 sacks of side waste. Thanks Jess
