Also anyone got any advice on how to stay consistent with sleep? Ive tried everything, 0 sugar throught the day, no energy drinks, melatonin, no blue light (for legit 3 hours staring at my ceiling in bed). I cant fall asleep on demand but once im "tired" the switch just boom

Sorry for barely any streams for past 8 days. My sleep scheulde is going to sleep at 9-10am and waking up at fking 6-7pm. Also Look outside + Lisa games have utterly conusmed me. But i should be back to regular daily stuff starting tommorow Anyway here is my cat
